Ray was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He is a 1964 graduate of North Side High School.

Ray started his first career as a professional bowler and manager of a pro shop in a bowling center.  At one time Ray had his own bowling awards television show.   He then became a sales representative for GTE directory, Yellow Pages.  That was before we all used the internet for that information!

Ray joined his brother, Keith, at Custom Art in 1980 and took over the sales and marketing of the company.

Ray has two sons, one currently serving in the military and the other works in the business world.  Ray has four grandsons from less than a year old to 16 years old.

Ray enjoys golf and…golf. When not playing golf he likes to read, play the guitar and think about golf.
